The main Diabetic foot complication is foot ulceration. The use of diabetic footwear has been shown to be effective in reducing the incidence of diabetic foot ulcerations. Diabetic patients with a history of neuropathic plantar ulceration, have abnormally high pressure under the foot while walking.
Diabetic shoes have three basic functions: 1. Protection of foot 2. stability 3. shock absorption.

Diabetic shoe BO805 has breathable upper provides high-top protection. Shock absorbing rocker sole reduces plantar pressure under forefoot and heel. So, reduces the risk of plantar ulceration. It has adequate room for bulky post-operative dressings, orthosis or even most fiberglass casts.
